As with any project you will want to know what you are getting for your money. we provide a wide range of services guiding yourself through the planning process of any project and the construction side of the build.

Planning

• We provide full measured surveys of existing properties, producing to 1:100 scale drawings of the site and elevations of the property.
• We produce designs for the property to suit your requirements and tailor design the plan to your needs for the build
• Once the plans have been finalised we submit them to the local council and liase with the planning officers to try and gain planning permission for the design. 



Building control

• Once planning permission has been gained on the site we can produce constructional drawings for the design to submit on your behalf to building control to gain building regulations approval.
• We also provide tree and drainage surveys on existing properties to determine what problems these may or may not cause with the new build.
• While the project is submitted to the local building control we consult with the building control officers to answer any queries they may have regarding the site and amend any technical specifications to their needs.
